- Move the guard fronts to the assigned field area. (4 parents)

UNIFORMS  5:45 Meet at the band closets in the high school to help with uniforms.
Put uniforms on rolling racks and put hats on tables. Shoes can remain in closet.
Assist students with various needs- socks, hair ties, gloves, etc.
After half-time check that uniforms are hung properly on hangers and placed in the closets neatly with the shoes and hats.
Fold tables and leave against the wall and put rolling racks in band room.
(3-4 parents)

ASSIST WITH FLAGS
A minimum of four parents (six is probably easier) to help assemble the front walls while the students get into makeup and uniform.  I may have students in the hornline transport them to and from the performance spaces at competitions, but it would be nice to have parents available to transport them if necessary.  The front walls will be placed just in front of the home sideline between the left 45 and 35 yard lines.  They will need to be broken down after every performance that we decide to use them and stored in the band room.
--One or two parents to assist with hair and makeup if needed.  (These can be two of the same parents as above.)
--Parents can also help with transporting equipment and removing equipment from the field.  However, the girls will be responsible for setting their own equipment at the start of each performance, both home games and competitions.
